Research aims

  • Discover and annotate rare de novo and inherited variants in the Chinese ASD cohort.
  • Integrate genomic data with single-cell brain atlases and neuroimaging.
  • Identify convergent pathways and cell types affected by risk genes.
  • Provide a data foundation for genetic diagnosis and mechanism studies.
